You work inside someone's home, around their family, their routine and their furniture. That is the difference from a ward, and people sometimes get caught out by it.
We do the placements but the actual work and variables are left up to you, you choose the cases you take as well as the hours you work, you could even choose one off placements and work outside our management structures.
While we do the actual placements and assign you to clients for their care, we also put a high consideration on your preferences to work location as well as other factors you may deem important to you.
