Our Care
We come in to give you a personalised service based on yours and your family's needs, we do this through a qualified healthcare professional.
Where
Care is done generally outside the hospital and primarily at home, we are with you though wherever and whenever you might need us.
What else
We also do temporary placements, care coordination when travelling or even transfers between facilities we cater to outside facility care. High quality health care doesn't end at the hospital.
Skilled nursing.
Live in residential nursing or nursing support that comes for care during procedures or for short term care. We place you with either a qualified nurse attendant, specialist nurse, or a caregiver depending on your situation, they come in and provide the care you need.
You set up a care schedule for either full time or part time care and which, along with your doctor's instructions, we use as our playbook for your care. Our medical team is with you night and day, every step of the way to make sure you get the best care and recover fully.
Medical support and coordination.
Your doctor decides the treatment. We book the appointments, schedule the specialised care it calls for and make sure everyone involved is working from the same file.
Behind that, our teams arrange medical equipment supply, condition led nursing and sample collection, and move the reports between everyone treating you, so your doctors, labs and insurer are looking at the same information.
Assisted Living.
Care supporting those who can't be by themselves. For elderly care, special needs patients, dementia, loneliness and more, with close coordination with the primary doctor.
Families who already care for their own are supported rather than replaced. We train the family's appointed carer, set up the care system, share our documentation templates, and visit periodically to check it is holding.
Respite, for the carer.
Sometimes it's just a break the carer needs. We offer short term cover for the times the primary carer cannot be there: a break, a trip, a shift at work, or simply a night out. Someone qualified sits in for a few hours or a few weeks.
Kwaheri.
When it's time to say goodbye, you don't need to be bombarded with a list of institutions to deal with on the worst day you will have. We'll take that list and coordinate with you how to get you and your loved one ready for their final journey.
We run grief support alongside this so your family can come to terms with the loss.
Travel care coordination.
You don't need to worry about care when you're on safari. We'll come in and take care of you or your loved one, while you relax and unwind.
We also schedule and coordinate treatment care at your travel destination should you need it.
