Appointment booking
Consultations, reviews and follow-ups booked around the treatment your doctor has set, and around what the household can manage.
Appointments, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers and equipment suppliers each hold one part of a patient's care. Prima books it, schedules it and keeps everyone on the same page, while we work through the treatment the primary doctor has prescribed.
Any of these is a reason to ring.
The doctor sets the treatment. Everything it takes to deliver that treatment is booked, scheduled and recorded.
A discharge summary that has to reach the family doctor. A sample that has to be collected on the right day. A physiotherapy block that has to start before the window closes. An insurer form that has to be filed with the right attachments.
A patient under intensive treatment is usually in front of five or six different doctors, specialists and labs at once. Somebody has to hold everything and everyone in alignment and keep the schedule.
We book the appointments, arrange the specialised care the plan calls for, and move the records back to whoever issued the instructions.
Consultations, reviews and follow-ups booked around the treatment your doctor has set, and around what the household can manage.
Procedures, therapy blocks and sample collection placed in the right order, so nothing has to be repeated because it happened out of sequence.
Physiotherapy, oncology, ICU and paediatric nursing among others, matched to the case and scheduled into the plan.
Beds, mobility aids, patient comfort and clinical supplies sourced, delivered and fitted in the room they are needed.
What happened in the house written down and returned to the doctor who issued the instructions, so nobody is working from old information.
Forms, documentation and attachments filed on time, with the records the insurer asks for already gathered.
Coordination runs under the other five services. This is where it shows up in each.
